Grant Writer Request #01212020B

Primary Purpose:
We are in search of a grant writer to help us properly prepare and submit our information in an attempt to receive the grant that is listed above. Our organization's mission is to building oyster reefs to help improve water quality along coastal areas. We are also dedicated to helping educate the community (at every age point) about the importance of shell recycling, reef-building and how 1 single oyster can filter up to 50 gallons of water a day.
Programming and Dollar Needs:
We work with organizations around the country to build oyster reefs. These reefs help improve water quality and slow or stop erosion in coastal areas. We recently partnered with the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources and donated $20,000 that we fundraised to help build a 1-acre large oyster reef in one of the most polluted water areas off the coast of South Carolina.

We would like to construct 4 more oyster reefs this year along the eastern coastline of the US. We are looking to build our next reef in the Chesapeake Bay area. Each reef costs between $20,000-$50,000 to create.
Project Description:
Provide your hourly rate for research and locating grants for: 15 hours per week for 1 weeks.   For a total of 15 hours.
Many of the grants we are trying to apply for have deadline dates as soon as January 30th, 2020. We are looking for someone to help as soon as possible.
Provide your hourly rate for writing curriculum for: 3 hours per week for 1 weeks.   For a total of 3 hours.
I'm not sure what this means. I need it further explained. I'm not sure if we need this or not.
Provide your hourly rate for crowdfunding mentoring for: 2 hours per week for 1 weeks.   For a total of 2 hours.
I'm not sure if we need this or not. But I'd like more information. I need to know how much it costs before I commit or not.
