Primary Purpose:
Funding the training and mentoring of middle school and high school students. We need funding for investments like Career Cruising software and You Science as well as staff salaries for training and mentoring.
Programming and Dollar Needs:
We are going to be partnering with another nonprofit in the area. We will be doing training and mentoring for middle school and high school students. My colleagues also have partnerships with the local schools. Part of the funding will be for investments like Career Cruising software and You Science as well as staff salaries for training and mentoring. We will be needing between 10000 - 15000 for the year.

We presently provide or will be providing services in the geographic areas of: Illinois
Our nonprofit works with schools and other nonprofit organizations to provide workshops in positive psychology, empowerment, and equality. We also have credentials for Life, Career Coaching and mentoring.
Current Revenue:
We did events with Kohls Corporation before the pandemic.
Grant History:
This will be our first time applying for grant funding.
We have previously received $30,000 in grant funds.
We do not have a copy of our previously written grant application(s).
Kohls provided $500 per person that volunteered with our organization. We had events where Kohls employees were volunteering at events where we had our clients/recipients work/team build together. The funds that were received would assist with workshops done with our clients/recipients.
We do not have a fundraising packet.
We have an agency mission statement: The Mission of our organization is to empower students to make viable changes in their lives and develop skills such as Leadership, Ethics, Self Expression, Empathy, and Multiculturalism and develop a better quality of life through Education.
