Programming and Dollar Needs:
Our organization intends to raise funds from investors, private foundations, county, state, the federal government, and other donors to realize its mission of providing quality evidenced-based integrated behavioral health services to persons in need and their families regardless of their ability to pay. We're in need of approximately 400k to become fully operational, however, will accept whatever we can get for now.
Project Description:
Provide your hourly rate for research and locating grants for: 4 hours per week for 4 weeks.   For a total of 16 hours.

Scope of Services
1. Mental Health: Psych evaluation, medication management, psychotherapy
2. Outpatient substance use disorder treatment: Intensive outpatient program, co-occurring services, and medication-assisted treatment.
3. Case Management, prevention and education, and outreach services
increase knowledge and awareness of mental health and substance use disorders by 90% for 180 persons and their families enrolled in our programs annually. This will be accomplished through education, empowerment, case management, and aggressive outreach services.

reduce mental health and substance use disorders rates in the population of focus, including reducing anxiety, depression, trauma, alcohol, marijuana, cocaine, opioid, and prescription drug misuse by 80% for 180 persons in the target population annually. This will be accomplished through the provision of evidence-based, comprehensive, integrated mental health and SUD services, including psychiatric evaluation, medication management, psychotherapy and Intensive Outpatient SUD Treatment.

increase access to culturally appropriate, client and family-centered, trauma-informed mental health and substance use disorders treatment to 90% of the target population enrolled in our programs. This will be achieved through CBT, Transtheoretical Model, and MI-focused therapeutic services,
