Primary Purpose:
Grant Writer will search and apply for grants for a start-up business.
Programming and Dollar Needs:
I am looking to raise $250,000 to match-up a $750,000 small business(SBA) loan. This is to develop an existing 2.6 Acre brownfield site in an Enterprise Zone. The program idea is to create a market place that consists of ten (10) reasonably priced (subsidized) 1,000 sq. ft . self-contained-storefronts. The program is geared towards job creation and support for emerging entrepreneurs of diverse pedigrees in the inner city neighborhood. Participating businesses must agree to train 2 local graduating high school students - their business.
Project Description:
Provide your hourly rate for research and locating grants for: 20 hours per month for 3 months.   For a total of 60 hours.
Provide your hourly rate for crowdfunding mentoring for: 10 hours per month for 2 months.   For a total of 20 hours.

I have experience in the creation of a literary and contemporary performance venue for the Philadelphia area artists community. The venue feature works from independent film makers, fashion designers, musicians, writers, and other audio, visual and culinary artists.
Current Revenue:
Revenue is generated through venue/space rental and the sale of concessions, food and drinks.

This will be our first time applying for grant funding.
