To review and edit two proposals for USAID. Most of the research has been completed and we need a grant writer who can make sure all of the writing is clear and concise and with one voice.
Programming and Dollar Needs:
Economic development with a focus on agricultural value chains. There will be two proposals, one for Latin America and the other for Central Asia.
