Grant Writer Request #08202021A

Primary Purpose:
I need a professional! I've spent several days doing nothing but look for grants, I can't find what I'm looking for and that's to be expected. I'm not a grant writer. This grant is very important to my community and I'm seeking someone that can not only find the appropriate grant but write it also.
Programming and Dollar Needs:
I'm seeking funding as part of an ongoing town beautification project. The money I'm applying for would be used for the space near the east entrance of Ozark Trails - an early alignment of Historic Route 66 so travelers can pull off the highway and take photos. The money would be used to revitalize a nearby park and we have already designed our "welcome to ..... (our city) sign. Of course anything would be greatly appreciated but this project is overwhelmingly costly. Honestly, I'm not even sure if taking an educated guess would be appropriate, but I'm positive between $200,000.00 and $300,000.00 wouldn't complete the project but it would be a start.
Project Description:
Provide your hourly rate for research and locating grants for: 40 hours per week for 1 weeks.   For a total of 40 hours.
There are deadlines for all grants and they all have to be submitted in a timely manner. As of today, I've already missed several. One deadline was back in April and another was August 10, 2021. My husband works for FEMA and he is a grant writer. Unfortunately, he is always on a disaster and not available. 20 years ago, I filled out a small grant application and I did it in a few hours. I have no clue how long writing a grant/or filling out the application would take.
Provide your hourly rate for writing curriculum for: 20 hours per week for 1 weeks.   For a total of 20 hours.
Again, I have no clue how to write a curriculum or what is involved. Please accept my apologies. That's why I'm seeking professional help.
Provide your hourly rate for crowdfunding mentoring for: 1 hours per week for 1 weeks.   For a total of 1 hours.

It was such a long time ago, I have no clue. I have no clue how long it takes to write a grant. No clue! 20-25 years ago, maybe longer than that.... I did a small grant in half a day. I had the information and it was just a matter of filling out the application. Please forgive me.
We do not have a fundraising packet.
We do not have an agency mission statement: Route 66 is called the "Main Street of America." It was one of the first national highways for motor vehicles in the United States and one that became an icon in American popular culture. As Route 66's popularity grew over the years, mom and pop shops, architecture, motels, theaters, gas stations sprung up in main streets, urban centers and rural areas. These unique places provided a respite for travelers on the road. Because of COVID in our small town, I want to bring something vibrant and happy to our community. I hope someone can help me.
