Primary Purpose:
To raise funds for the organization's capacity-building - administration, programs, and services.
Programming and Dollar Needs:
We are a Family-based Care Management that provides case management, short-term crisis intervention, peer counseling, and family activities. The current need is hiring a part-time case manager to ensure families are connected to services and support student-interns.
The administration also needs a part-time fundraiser to assess and monitor community and program needs and raise funds.

Services:
We presently provide or will be providing services in the geographic areas of: East Harlem, Harlem, and Bronx.
Our mission is to preserve young families using socioeconomic opportunities to empower and safeguard individuals' and families' social-emotional needs. Therefore, the Family-based Care Management (FBCM) and Community Maintenance (CM) programs are driven towards its mission. The FBCM program services are case management, short-term crisis intervention, peer counseling, and family activities. Whereas, the CM program matches each family to a life-coach who introduces and coach families at using socioeconomic opportunities to empower and safeguard individuals' social-emotional needs in their communities.
Current Revenue:
By campaigning bi-monthly for funding and using in-kind support and earned income.

We have previously applied for a grant(s).
