Primary Purpose:
I am looking for someone who can assist me in applying for several grants that will benefit my S Corporation.
Programming and Dollar Needs:
I provide mental health and behavioral management services. I just opened my S Corporation, and I am looking to apply for grants that will benefit my organization and continue to aid me in providing the services that I provide to the members within my community and state.
Project Description:
Provide your hourly rate for research and locating grants for: 5 hours per week for 24 weeks.   For a total of 120 hours.
Provide your hourly rate for writing curriculum for: 3 hours per week for 24 weeks.   For a total of 72 hours.
I am trying to obtain a grant to provide training for my staff members and continue to take on interns.

Behavioral Specialist
Integrated Community Alternatives Network (ICAN), a Community-based Wraparound provider of Social and Mental Health services with an emphasis on treating the client in a family context, is currently seeking innovative and experienced applicants to fill a Behavior Specialist position to serve those within the community.

The Behavior Specialist assists teachers, parents, clinical coordinators, and administrators in working with the youth and assisting the youth in managing severe emotional and behavioral problems to reach their individual educational and therapeutic goals and improve their social interactions within a school community and home setting. Organize and implement academic and experiential activities and provide therapeutic support for the youth. Promotes the philosophy and mission of the agency by performing the following duties:

Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in the development of the treatment plan and the identification and implementation of behavioral rules and consequences. Monitors, analyzes, and collaborates with teachers, therapists, other mental health staff, parents, and youth in developing, implementing, and monitoring individual youth academic and behavioral progress and goals. Monitors youth behavior in the classroom, community and home settings based on information gathered and observed for each assigned youth. Participates in program development, case management, and supervision. Assists in setting limits with compassion. Directs youth to use positive behaviors for success in the various settings that the youth belongs to. Utilizes appropriate interventions designed to help youths practice coping skills, achieve academic success, and eventually apply for transition back to "home" school. Designs conduct or assist in group activities, including recording progress and notes for each group and supervising lunchroom and recess when assigned. Assists teachers in classroom management, including assisting Clinicians by sharing information, meeting with administrators in determining youth's individual educational and therapeutic goals, supporting building social interactions within a school and the local community. Adheres to best practices in professional ethics and boundaries. Evaluate crises and escalated behaviors and provide appropriate interventions and support. Obtains behavior modification by using specific behavior management techniques.

Peer Mentor
Mentoring – A structured one-on-one activity focusing on a specific treatment goal (i.e., social skills, self-esteem) that encourages a positive connection to the community. Respite provides a safe and structured setting for a child while providing family/guardian support and relief while engaging in positive activities. Home/Community-based service focuses on the parent's needs for instruction and skill development to maintain or enhance parenting skills and house management (i.e., budgeting, scheduling). A focused practice to assist clients in determining and achieving personal goals that the client develops.
