We would like to help with identifying grants and submitting grant packages for our organization.

Programming and Dollar Needs:

We are an integrated healthcare provider of behavioral health and primary care. We primarily serve individuals that are in the lower socioeconomic status. Our patients are adult patients who are uninsured and insured by Medicaid and Medicare who need additional resources to support their overall health and well being.

Project Description:

Provide your hourly rate for research and locating grants for: 5 hours per week for 8 weeks. For a total of 40 hours.

The Grant Writer should be ready to begin work on: January 1, 2021
