Funding for homeless veterans housing.

Our Mission is to exhibit love, encourage, and advocate for homeless veterans. Assisting homeless veterans to transition from being dependent into becoming independent, and prospering individuals in society. Our Vision is to transform our community one person at a time, by providing solutions to better meet the needs of everyone in our program, and helping them transition and thrive in society.

Project Description:
Provide your hourly rate for research and locating grants for: 2 hours per week for 56 weeks.   For a total of 112 hours.

HOUSING:
Transitional housing will be the primary focus of our organization, for the homeless veterans.
Basic life skills resources and counseling services:
A variety of free resources and services will be provided to our homeless veterans, to help motivate becoming productive in society. Financial planning, job attainment skills, mental and physical health care, interpersonal skill-building, safety training, credit repair, and more. We do not just want to house, feed and clothe those in need, but offer hope and make a difference in everyone's lives we meet. We mainly want to help those who cannot help themselves or may just need a little assistance to walk into their destiny.
Case Management:
As participants in the program, the homeless veterans will have a place to participate in small groups and individual sessions.
