We have an agency mission statement: We are all about enriching lives that are in extreme poverty/ or need all over the world and in our local communities by providing, quality and equal educational opportunities to boys and girls and adults, life-changing resources such as clean water, medical aid, food, and education.
We are grateful to be invited into the communities we serve and work side-by-side with local leaders, responding to their needs with transformative solutions, which are both sustainable and implemented at the hands of the communities themselves.
When children or even an adult attends school, they become part of a community of their peers, teachers, staff, church members and countless volunteers who are passionate about transforming lives and their community for generations to come. Most importantly, they learn that they were created in love and are seen as valuable for who they are.
When we are on our travels, we meet people who are in deep need, either: physically, mentally, emotionally, or spiritually and hope to be an impact in their lives by bringing them hope and a solution.
Community – We complement the existing resources available in the community rather than duplicate them.
Transformation occurs through relationships and supportive communities.
Empowerment – We seek to do more than provide a quick fix for an individual situation; we strive to fix larger systemic problems and empower people to live a better life.
Integrity and Ethics – We pursue honorable initiatives, and conduct business in a way that is honest, fair, responsible, transparent and ethical.
Hope – because extreme poverty produces hopelessness that is not overcome by wealth alone.
Good Stewardship – We uphold the responsibility to be a good steward of the resources bequeathed to us.
Love – Above all LOVE.
