Primary Purpose:
We are an available 24/7/365 crisis intervention, assistance for victims of crime organization. We are seeking funding for our organization, funds to pay for a director, sustainability. We are a small nonprofit charity in rural Nevada currently unfunded, seeking a grant writer
Programming and Dollar Needs:
We are currently all-volunteer so all monies go to direct services. Currently we have less than $10,000 and are not funded at all. We would like funding to pay a director and possibly a coordinator, as well as provide for an office space. We estimate the costs to be about $40,000-60,000 annually.
Project Description:
Provide your hourly rate for research and locating grants for: 30 hours per month for 3 months.   For a total of 90 hours.
This would depend upon the grant writer and type of grant they are working on, I would think. We'd be happy to discuss it with the grant writer.

We presently provide or will be providing services in the geographic areas of: Nevada
We are a nonprofit organization based in Nevada. We are available 24/7/365 for crisis intervention, assistance for victims of crime ranging from crisis medical care, protection orders, court accompaniment, safety plans and kits, financial aid assistance, resources, and referrals. We offer a variety of programs and services.

We offer free self-defense Tae KwonDo classes, on a regular basis. Periodically, a free women's Pepper Spray class is also offered. Anti-bullying, youth safety, and bystander prevention classes are also offered, free of charge. Classes can be arranged specifically for one group anytime in the tri-county area. There is never any charge for any services provided.

Our services vary and include, but are not limited to, supervised visitation, home visits, safety management services, parenting classes, collecting clothing, toys, household items, etc. donations needed by foster and kinship families, office assistance, and assisting in raising awareness and outreach about foster parenting and child abuse and neglect.
Current Revenue:
We have fundraisers periodically and request community donation grants from local businesses. We do not charge for any of our services.

We have the Court Improvement Grant from 2013-2015 - Court Appointed Special Advocates. We had CASA until September 2015. Last year, 2017, we were awarded $5,000 from Union Pacific Railroad and $2500 from Nevada Women's Fund.
