I am excited to start a nonprofit business to provide community engagement services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The grant money would be used to purchase a building where the community would gather to engage in activities with people with IDD.

I currently work for a nonprofit agency that provides services for individuals with IDD. However, I have some wonderful ideas that would also meet their needs, that are not currently being met.

I am not yet providing these services privately.
Grant History:
This will be our first time applying for grant funding.
By talking with the IDD community, their parents, and/or guardians, I know there is a great need for this business. I will provide a service that is needed and would be well received. It would add positively to the IDD community and the community as a whole.
