Primary Purpose:
As a cafe owner, I do not have the time or expertise to do the grant myself and would like someone well versed in this arena to be able to do it well.
Programming and Dollar Needs:
I am a cafe located in an old Victorian and it is in dire need of upgrades and improvements. It has not been well loved over the past few years and much of what needs to be done I do not have the financial means at my disposal .
The balcony has wood rot and needs to be fixed before it is safe to use.
The previous repair of the fire escape is half assed and not safe
The façade needs a good updating since nothing has been done in so many years
The interior main floor needs air-conditioning added. There is a furnace w duck work but it needs additional duck work to connect central air to the existing system.
