Primary Purpose:
We are a small nonprofit organization that could benefit from the help of a skilled writer. I am not a skilled grant writer and our organization would appreciate the opportunity of having some assistance with writing grants for the services we provide.
Programming and Dollar Needs:
We provide emergency assistance and access to low income individuals and families that have experienced financial need due to homelessness, incarceration, food insecurities, domestic violence and/or substance abuse.
Project Description:
Provide your hourly rate for research and locating grants for: 5 hours per week for 12 weeks.   For a total of 60 hours.
The Grant Writer should be ready to begin work on: Immediately

I have written some small local foundation grants that range from $20,000 to $30,000.
We do not have a fundraising packet.  I would definitely love to have one created.
We have an agency mission statement: To improve the quality of life for individuals and their families whose lives have been impacted by negative life experiences; and to provide education, mentoring and advocacy for individuals and their children as they successfully transform their lives after incarceration.
