Primary Purpose:
Seeking affordable housing grants for existing apartments that serve the workforce housing demographics and the existing residents that are currently on the verge of eviction and homelessness - These apartments are for-profit with the demographic of those individuals that are the lowest wage earners, the apartments are located in the greater Seattle MSA.
Programming and Dollar Needs:
This is a larger apartment complex with hundreds of units, and since March 2020 the delinquent rents of existing residents are in excess of $800K in delinquent rents; when the Washington State law reverses back to allowing evictions for non payment of rent, 58 to 100 rents could potentially be evicted for the non payment of rent; many of them losing their jobs in menial skills of janitorial for the Seattle Tacoma Airport area, hotel janitorial staffs, servers for local restaurants etc.
Project Description:
Provide your hourly rate for research and locating grants for: 30 hours per week for 8 weeks.   For a total of 240 hours.
Provide your hourly rate for writing curriculum for: 30 hours per week for 4 weeks.   For a total of 120 hours.
Provide your hourly rate to set up and manage my YouHelp page: 2 hours per week for 12 weeks.   For a total of 24 hours.
The Grant Writer should be ready to begin work on: Immediately
