Grant Writer Wanted for Kids and adults with mental health and Substance abuse disorders.

We are seeking a grant writer. We provide outpatient therapy services - counseling for individuals, groups, and families. An individual’s primary diagnosis will indicate the focus of treatment. If an individual has co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, the clinician will integrate treatment for both disorders and the clinician will bill for the primary presenting problem. Community Support Services for children, adolescents, and adults with mental health disorders. The primary purpose of our community support program is to provide treatment and restorative interventions. Help individual at a time, to achieve and maintain their stability in the community by building their personal independence in the most appropriate, least restrictive environment. Help him/her succeed in the home, school, job, and community. Community Support shall include goal-directed training in the following areas: • Daily living skills. • Appropriate behavior related to the individual’s health and safety. • Proper use of community resources. • Assessment of mental and/or physical health (i.e. encouraging proper nutrition, medication management and the like)
